Version 5.0 · Season 5
Rulebook
The short version. Admin decisions are final; where this page and an admin ruling disagree, the ruling stands.
1. Eligibility
- 1.1Open Division entries are restricted to players resident in Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan or Türkiye. Challenger and Premier allow up to two players from outside the region.
- 1.2Every player must be 16 or older on the first day of the season, or hold guardian consent on file with the admin team.
- 1.3A player may be registered to one roster per season. Moving mid-season requires admin approval and a seven-day waiting period.
- 1.4Accounts with an active VAC or game ban on record are ineligible.
2. Rosters and stand-ins
- 2.1Rosters consist of five starters and up to two substitutes, all registered before the team's first match.
- 2.2Stand-ins are permitted for a maximum of two maps across a qualifier stage, and must be approved by an admin before the match starts.
- 2.3Fielding an unregistered player forfeits the series.
3. Match format
- 3.1Matches use the current Valve Active Duty map pool and MR12 with standard overtime (MR3, $10,000 start).
- 3.2Bo3 veto: ban, ban, pick, pick, ban, ban, decider. The higher seed starts the veto.
- 3.3Teams must be in the server ten minutes before the scheduled start. Fifteen minutes late is a map forfeit; thirty is a series forfeit.
4. Technical
- 4.1All online matches run on FCS servers with the series anti-cheat client active for every player.
- 4.2Each team may pause tactically four times per map for up to thirty seconds. Technical pauses must be called in chat with a reason.
- 4.3Demos of every map are recorded and kept for ninety days.
5. Conduct
- 5.1Abuse directed at players, casters or admins in any FCS channel is grounds for removal from the competition.
- 5.2Betting on any match in which the player's team is involved is prohibited and results in a permanent ban.
- 5.3Disputes must be raised with an admin within thirty minutes of the end of the series.
6. Statistics and rating
- 6.1Player statistics are computed from match demos. Ratings use FCS Rating 2.0, normalised so the series average is 1.00.
- 6.2A player needs forty maps in a season to qualify for season awards and the default leaderboard view.
